Born and raised in Bindura, a small town in Mashonaland Central, Zimbabwe, Melord Sikombo also known as Chef Melord grew up surrounded by the fragrance of savory dishes from her late mother’s homeland, Malawi. What started off as a hobby grew to become a passion for Chef Melord

She has studied culinary and pastry and holds certificates to her name. Chef Melord has hosted private functions, homes calls and big events like the 2020 Finking Business Awards held in Chegutu among other prestigious events.

Such exposure in her career has made her acquainted with the highest standards in cooking methods and in the requirements of an upscale clientele.Chef Melord is excited that her daughter Richelle Sikombo has grown a passion for culinary and during the schools holidays Richelle joins her in the kitchen. Chef Melord is a also an event planner and award winning business leader (most Influential).
